Root Cults

After gathering the troops and and setting up the scenery, we might need to spice the regiment a bit! Now enter the Cults, various faction to add special rules to your battalion!

Hurry up you maggots!

Having planning many bases units, now was the time to go for more special troops. Gather for one more regimental review!

The Leech Lovers, and some of them many children. Many orders given, many wounds healed, blood is a fine currency around Cist.

These are metal Perry Miniatures civilians, with just the right amount of greenstuff.

Farmers from the Red Ribbon Society are in charge of the crops and the fields. Being able to feed the regiments is no small task.

The rest of the Perry Miniatures set were put to work in the fields, after covering their faces with convenient metal plates.

The Herd has a political system way more elaborate than any other. That’s why no one can ever understand anything of it! Last time we check a boar wearing a pelisse was president.

Pegasus Hobbies farm animal allows me to produce all of this models, with some bits from the plastic kits used before.

A bucket of Rootlings can solve many problems. Well a least almost as much as they are responsible for…

GW The Hobbit goblins are close to unrecognizable under loads of greenstuff tendrils and roman helmet feathers as leafs.

The Marionpotame, probably the angriest being for miles around. Point her at something, and let the slaughter begin.

The hippo is simply a Papo toy repainted, and with added tendrils, of course…

I now got only disdain for cardboard or acrylic tokens and markers. I wont for everything on the board to look like it belong there. So I sculpted over forty of these vegetables panic tokens.

Greenstuff and Milliput residues where put to good uses.

Objectives were needed here. Various ideas from here and there, and as always too many or it’s not funny…

One last for the road ,probably the most important objective point of all…

This one was quick, but that leaves me with many factions playable, and many tactics and ploys to try on…. But as always, I might need another round of minis to test another idea…
